How do check the RLs. firmware on the M7100 sets?

I am migrating from a Norstar to a BCM450 and would like to know if the callpilot ACD will work with the M7310

It needs to be rel 16 or higher. Usualy on the botton of the phone if not check in maintence in DN/PORTS .

Rel 16 or higher will retain the set volume when ajusted but if your customer is using a PRI it doesnt matter because the volume is few Db higher then a copper trunk and usually customers do not complain specially when you save them few bucks...!
