How do a switch an call to a Polycom? 1

Help please! I am running an Avaya system which is digital but have two analogue ports on it. In one of the anlogue ports I have connected to a Polycom Soundstation (ext 1892.
When I dial the extension I get a fast busy. If I call the number on an outside line it does the same. How can I get the Polycom to ring so an outside client could call into the conference room polycom extension.
The Polycom is calling out just fine but will not accept incoming. Any ideas on this? I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you, Bill
 
Try the following on the polycom:
*00 to cancel all forwarding
*09 to cancel 'Do Not Disturb'

If that doesn't do the trick hook up an old POT to the same port and try to call that one.
I assume you do not only have a extension 1892 but a user as well?
