Hi all, does anyone know how to disable the number/position of queued call in IP Office?

e.g.: client1 calls to hunt group, gets queued and caller receives announcement "ONE", client2 calls to the same hunt group, gets queued and caller receives announcement "TWO" and so on...

Thanks

Usually you must enable the queue position prompt and it can only be presented by VM Pro (preferred edition) by default that information is not present.

Indeed, someone configured that. If you're asking then you haven't got the underlying knowledge required to do it, who used to maintain the system? Perhaps get them involved again on an ad hoc basis :)

well, i have them by default, the only change is that i added an audio :

You don't have them by default, they were configured for you/your company at some point.... if it is default it's not an IP Office doing it, how did you "add an audio"? :)

uploaded a file (mono , 8000 , 16bit) , in the hunt group (group in vmpro) i created the queued and still queued modules, added 1 queue position on each and uploaded the audio file so when someone calls to the group in the 1st and 2nd announcement would play those audios in vmpro

Ah, then just go to the Queued and Still Queued modules and delete everything in them, then "Save and make live"....done :)
