How could I set the daylight saving time in vax VMS?

I need some advise:
The Vax server that we have did not change the time last weekend (we are in eastern standard/daylight time)
Any idea how I can set this so this does not happens again?

Try invoking the command:
SYS$MANAGER:UTC$TIME_SETUP.COM

but... whether you have it or not, depends on what version of vms you are on.

I have VAX/VMS 6.2
But I found this:
@ucx$timezone.com
It works!!
