how could Backup Exec bacup other Server directories

I am using Backup Exec 7.0 and is there ways to backup other NT40 server directories throught the network.<br>

Edit your user selections and add stuff browsed from Net Neigh. You'll need the right access privs though. Never tried it in practice, but the theory is tight.

Do you have the Multi-Server Edition? I don't know if the Single Server version will pick up other server. With the Multi edition, you will need to install Backup Exec on the other server, too. Once that is done, you may need to re-install it on the server you what to so the backup on in order to see the servers.

Actually, you are only installing an agent on the other server and not an entire copy of BackupExec. You do need the multi-server version, however.
