how connect remote sql in same LAN

hi
i want to connect remote MS-SQL form my computer. for that purpose i
-click rigth SQL Server Group
-click New Sql Server Registration and continue...
i cant connect by using windows authentication so try to connect by sql authentication . it has successfully connected but it wants username and password. i have not used any password in Sql in my computer, nor in remote computer that i want to connect
what i should do
