How configure the session timeout default value ?

Hi,
I have Crystal Enterprise Standard Edition
I installed the content of CE80WCS.zip (Crystal Enterprise 8.0 Web Component Server Patch) to correct the CE Track ID 55169:
"Session Timeout setting prevents report viewing as Guest user".

I would like to know where i can configure the session timeout default value ?
Which steps I must make in order to configure it ?

I tried to work on Maximum Idle Time for Input and Output of Crystal File Repository Server and Minutes Before an Idle Job is Closed for Crystal Cache Server and Crystal Page Server setting all this parameter equal to one minute.
But, when i view a report via a URL and i close the browser I see that the license still remains in use 20 minutes.

Hello,

I am a newbie, but try this:

Launch the Crystal Management Console via Crystal Launchpad (Select Crystal Enterprise, then Crystal Launchpad from Start menu)

Next, Select Servers under Server Management

Next, Select Pageserver

Modify "minutes before Idle job is closed" from default of 20 ...

Thanks Darlene, but I had already tried this solution. I have resolved the problem in this way:

From Crystal Configuration Manager I stopped the Crystal Web Component Server.
Then I double click on the Crystal Web Component Server. I modified the Command property adding
-defaultSessionTimeout 5
where 5 is the number of minutes we want the new session timeout value to be.

After the Apply i restarted the Crystal Web Component Server
