I have a small network of computers at home all running windows 2000 Pro, and for some reason ONE computer cannot access the others when creating LAN games. The others are fine, they can connect and join the games fine, but the one computer just cannot get in. When NOT in a game, it can access the other computers just fine, and they can access it (sharing files etc.). Seven computers all together, but ONE cannot join LAN games... it just cannot see the other computers. Am I missing a setting or something? Please help. PS: (The games I am playing are Ghost Recon, and Moto GP 2).

Do you have any firewalls running on this machine, if 2K or XP is the in-built one enabled?

Grenage,.. you were right. It wasn't the built in firewall, but a "virtual firewall" set up by my anti-virus program PC-Cillin. I noticed that I could "ping" other computers, but others could NOT ping it. After uninstalling my PC-Cillin program, I am able to ping it from any other computer, AND most importantly, my network gaming is back on-line! :) May try to re-install PC-Cillin and disable the "virtual firewall"... hopefully it won't cause the same problem... this would suck seeing as I JUST purchased PC-Cillin. Thanks a million for your help.
