Hi, I have a number of fields that make up the elements of an address. How do I combine the elements, ie., First name, Last Name, Address, City. State, Zip, into a neat and organized mailing label or form label?
Thanks,
D40

There are two methods for doing this:

1) Put a text block on the label and "insert" fields into that text just like you would do on a Form Letter view.

2) Define a calculated field and Combine() the fields. For new lines, use Chr(13). Something like: Combine(name,Chr(13),addr1,Chr(13),etc....

Thanks, I'll give those a try.
