how change path from http to https

hi

i need to change path from http to https. i want to call a jsp like
https//

http://www....com/...jsp

from a jsp
http//

http://www....com/...jsp

but i don't want to give full path. my all jsp's are in the same folders. and i can call any other jsp with only its name. Now i want to change its protocol to https.
is there any way?
