What did you mean change NT password ?
I can't understand your question.
Your Linux user login to NT Server or What ?
For change Linux user password :
# passwd user

Sorry, my English is poor. I gonna try again:
I have 700 users accounts on my NT Server. I'd take my NT users accounts and add them on my Linux/Unix Server. But I don't wanna use this accounts on SMB, only as Linux simple accounts.
Can u help me?

You can't use this solution without samba.
Because all users will be problem to login to Linux/unix server without Samba.

My company will not be goint to use NT next year and We need a solution to take my NT accounts e put it on Linux/Unix.

Thank´s

You can use linux server as PDC. But I should configure samba for your client using windows.
You can get more information from The article from linux-mag will tell you how to configure samba and linux server as PDC.
