HOW CHANGE HELP SCREEN COLORS VISUAL STUDIO 2005

I am new to visual studio 2005. Am having trouble changing the background and font colors on the help screen. The blinding white background is hard on the eyes. I have tried changing colors in internet options as well as changing system colors but cannot affect the help screen colors. Also tried to find it in the editor for the visual basic app I am working in.

Nothing I do will affect the help screen background or font colors.
