How can you translate ip address into "plaintext" Webaddress?

I am running RH 7.3 and am using Firestarter for my firewall app'. What I'd like to do is convert the numerical ip addresses that Firestarter displays (e.g. 66.102.234.9) into a plaintext address (e.g.
Long ago, I used to be able to run a Linux/Unix command that would translate the machineaddress into "plaintext, but alas, none of my reference books list the command.

What Linux command(s) would I use to accomplish this task?

Just as an aside.. the "dig" command allows you to do the opposite... ie translate names to ip's and also find out other "stuff" about networks eg the name servers and mx's etc.
