How can you print A form with the details of a record like shoffscreen

How can you print a form. For instance my manager needed
To do a screen print of a record on the UI form.
I did a alt-shift print screen and pasted into outlook

What's the trick

I think Alt+Print Screen captures the current window in the clipboard.

Yes simplist is Alt+Print Screen.

or alternatively you could click File -> Print
Make sure all of your print settings are correct to get as much of the form viewable.
Check it with print preview.

Then you can click File -> Print, and choose either pdf or xps or image writer...

IMO, forms are for data entry.
If you need to print the information, I'd create a report.
