How can you get a user output from record selectors 1

I have a continuous form with record selectors. I thought it might be straightforward to click on a row record selector and get the value of a text box on that row.

Can it be done? The form is bound to a query filled table
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Use the Current event procedure of the form.
