How can you display horizontaly instead of verticaly in CR8

Do you mean have the groups march across the page instead of down it? If so, that is (by defintion) a cross tab. You can roll your own cross tabs with formulas/stored procedures/views/SQL queries, but that is not for the faint of heart (or those short of time).
