how can we show a specific name on the called phone display 1

a company name is shown on the display of the called phone
the question is
how can we creat another name to be shown on the called phone display when an outgoing call is placed from a specific phone set
is it in load 56!

Are you using the M3904? Just add the numbers to the personal directory and the name will show when you dial out or if that number is calling you....

what matter is to be able to show a specific phone no. on ( outside) clients phone display

ld 15 CLID entry. You can make it display a designated number for that CLID entry. Then assign that CLID entry to the extension/s you want to display this. Just remember they will always output that number.

Just create a new CLID table in LD 15 and assign that table to the extension you want to display that information.

Because I need to find out what is the meaning of and appropriate reply to each of those prompts
(Example where to enter the 3 digit area code,
where to enter the 7 digit phone number,
what is the appropriate reply to all other prompts)
