Hello,

My question is, how can we make Bootable CDs for Fedora 5?

I am running Fedora 4 and following exactly the same instructions on fedora.redhat.com to burn the CDs/DVDs for Fedora 5, it burns the CDs but it just does not boot up.

What should I do. Your help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Amir

Disk 1 should be bootable after you burn it. Take a peek at it and see if it looks like a normal drive with directories and files. If you just see the iso file, then you didn't use the correct option to burn the image. If this is not the case, then you are more than likely trying to install onto an HP Pavilion. ;-)
