Hi,

How can we create stay-down operator in micros 9700, so that when transaction is complete it will not sign out from the workstation will remian on the same screen where he was previously.

Can't guide you to exact spot but I believe you are looking for "Pop-up operator" somewhere in the general employee definitions. Be sure Pop-up is NOT turned on. This option is generally used for table servers vs. bartenders.
