How Can use Flash Animated/HTML/BMP

Hello, I am new Here, i would like to know some imfromation i hope you will give me your Best Comments. /Sugesstions.
I would like to Add, Flash Animation or Animated GIF file in my Project, I also want that The DESKTOP my Project Show Menu Like HTML/DHTML, I would like to know It is posible, if yes please Tell me STX or Command, and if it is not posible Then Give me the way how can I develop These By useing VFP Tool,
I have Little Idia about it maybe i am wrong, Well i am Not Very Well in VFP but i do like to work in DELPHI, and i was Good User of FOXPRO 2.5/DOS.
It is posible, (If mouse over function call some other Prodcedur/Function?)
