how can the pop-up window be turned off automatically

Hi,
I am running data simulation by using SAS and it will take several hrs. A window always pops up saying "window is full. Please do...." every a few minutes. If I don't choose a option provided by the window, the program won't be running. Does anybody know that how I can keep that window from popping up? I like to run data simulation over night. I wouldn't wake up every a few minutes to turn off that window.
