How can print a brochure in format A4 folded twice

This might be a easy question.
I want to print a brochure/leaflet in
1/3 A4 (210mm*99mm) and double sided.
Double sided I can handle.
But How do I do this A4 format ?
The format is an A4 folded twice.
Like DL envelope size, but this is not an envelope,
it's going to be a brochure printed in 3 "pages" on one A4.
Is this a setting in the printer setup or in the actual user program, like Microsoft Word or Publisher ?
How can I get this done?

It would be a printer setting. If you dont see it on page setup, it isnt there.
