how can Outlook 2000 send and receive immediately upon startup?

I'm pretty sure I could do this before, but I've forgotten how, and I've looked through the different menus and all... I still can't seem to get Outlook to send and receive immediately. Thanks to anyone who can help. Liam Morley

Haven't checked this out, but you could try Tools/Options/Mail Delivery.

I just hit my send/receive button when it doesn't send/receive fast enough for me.
