How can I convert a MAC Zip disk with files on it to a PC zip without loosing files? At little or no cost please cause it is only one disk...<br>

There are a lot of programs which allow the conversion of files. but they are very expensive. I find that if you hook a PC and a MAC to the same network, making sure each computer has a zip drive, simply transfer the files from one to the other. Of course if you don't a have a network ready for this with a gateway, and Appletalk, it will probably cost you more.
If you mean a PC zip disk:<br>

Find a friendly Mac user with a zip drive. Dump the files to the desktop, reformat the disk as a zip disk and recopy back to the newly formatted disk.<br>

I got Macdrive to read the disk now I need to find a program to convert the text in the files...<br>

they were created with adobe illustrator, any Ideas?<br>

Normally Illustrator embeds the text as a picture (usually an EPS). Therefore you can have a look at a picture of your text. Whoever used Illustrator to write text must have been having an off day!<br>
