How can I work faster using ADO?

HI

I am using ADO in order to connect to a Visual Fox Pro Database, I am using an ODBC

But when I do a query to get new information(I change the recordsource) or use Addnew methods, my application slows down for a moment

Can you advise a way to do queries work faster using ADO or a way to work faster with ADO?

I don't understand your question: r u using ODBC with ADO or r u using RDO. please define ur question
