How can i watch a using EXT. in Reception?

Do you mean how can you see if extensions are in use???
If so use Phone Manager, in speed dials right click and add users you want to monitor, or program the dss keys on your phone in the digital telephony tab. Action is user, telephone number is "Username" include the speech marks.
