How can i use own button icons in toolbar in SC6.2

Hi all,
who has an idea for the following question: How can i use own button icons in toolbar in SC6.2. Some words ("Add", "Back", etc.) are connected to the icons. When i use my own button names there will be no icon in the toolbar. How can i fix this? Thanks a lot for your reply.

It pulls those from the bitmaps directory on the client with a t prefix. eg, tadd is the add button. You can add your own, but you'd have to put them on every client, not just the server.

Great....thanks. And is it possible to change the words too? Eg. i want to use "NewEmail" for "Email" but with the same icon.
