How can I use onload to run an app?

I use Liberty BASIC to create token files that customize individual Windows folders beyond the modifications that can be made by using only an HTT template. Can someone tell me how to code the template to run "*.tkn" using "onload?"
I use tkn files rather than exe because I don't get the, "Do you want to open or save..." prompt with the tokens.
