How can I use Office97/2000 style menus ?

Visual basic menus are very limited.
I want, for example, to include bitmaps in my visual basic menus, but bitmaps with 'caption' and with button style.

Are there any control of Office97/2000 style menus ?

Where can I obtain information about it ?
