Hi,
I am trying to use the property Image URL for the Boilerplate object link file.when I run the report I get the url as a string in my report and not the image.
I would appreciate help.
Thanks,

I have not work with Oracle reports. But with Crystal reports I would use the string url with a loadpicture function to load the picture into a image control. Then supress the string url field so it does not show up on the report. The loading of the picture would be done in the format section event of the crystal report.

Hopefully you can use similar logic and figure it out with oracle reports. Thanks and Good Luck!

Do you run your report on the web? I suppose this property is not used in client/server. Regards, Dima

sem, I am not sure to whom you are asking. If it is me then No, reports are run locally or over an intranet. Thanks and Good Luck!

Hi,
Thanks for your reply,I found that IMAGE URL work fine when the report output is HTML and does not work when the output is PDF.
yes I am running the report from a browser, but my output should be in PDF.

Thanks,
