How can I use CDO in a CSP page?

I want to query CE and send email notifications when I find new report instances. When I try to send a message with CDO it fails with a "permissions denied" error. The account CE is running under has full domain access.

How can I get CDO to run in a CSP page?

You may already be aware of this, but 'CE' can run under a number of different accounts since there a number of different services/servers that comprise 'CE'. Make sure the the account that is associated with the WCS has the appropriate permissions.
