how can i turn off windows vpn auto reconnect?

ive looked all over and cant figure out how to get this sucker to stop reconnecting after i disconnect....i tooled around in my network connections advanced settings, and also i dont see an option to "not auto connect" during the vpn wizard. there is an option to "redial" if the connection is lost, but i do not have that checked.

Do you have "dial another connection first" checked? What OS?
