How can I transfer Calls using Function keys on IPC 100

Hi. I'm new to phone systems, so please forgive me if this is a silly question.

I have just installed in my office a Philips Sopho IPC 100 system and I want to program some of the Function Keys on the Handset to transfer calls to specified extensions.

For example, I want instead of pressing TRFR and the extension Code (e.g. 201) while talking, to press just one function button and transfer the call.

Can you tell me which is the command or code I should program to the function keys?
