IS this possible without installing companion?

This PBX is Release 25.40 / opt11c

Is there a non-nortel product that will handle this?

Thx

I'm not sure if I understand the question, but any analogue phone can use transfer, providing the phone is set correctly for the recall function. Usually time break recall (TBR) or flash hook is used these days as most analogue phones are DTMF tone calling.

Otherwise you would need the older style Earth recall providing and you will need to check in LD 15 that the following is set. I think it's the IFLS prompt?.

MPO_DATA
FMOP
RGNA AAR AAR
AOCS DIS ATN
RCY1 06
RCY2 04
RALL YES
CDTO 14
IFLS NO
MHLD YES
PCDS
CNFD 1
TGLD 2
DISD 3
CCDO NO
AFCO NO
ACNS NO

Ok, so we have a receptionist who wants to be able to get up and walk around. IF the call comes in while she left her desk, she can just pickup with cordless (500 set) and transfer the call?

How would I program the 500 set? Hunt to line 2 DN on main set?

This is great news...
