How can I tell who is using UM?

We're switching e-mail programs and I need to re-install UM on users machines. The problem is - everyone is setup with the desktop COS but not everyone had it installed... I don't see any reports in Call Pilot admin. Is there anyway to tell?

The Call Pilot doesn't have a way that I know of to tell you which PCs had the application loaded. I would typically recommend looking at who has it in the COS but that doesn't fit your situation.
