how can I tell if I have a java or .net install on XI
I have downloaded the webelements zip and it has 2 reg edits one for java one for .net to allow for html pass through

Simplified version....

On the server with your Web Component Adapters installed (may or may not be the same server as the rest of BusinessObjects) if IIS is running, you're probably using the .NET version. Otherwise you're using Java.
