How can I sync Exchange new User accounts with my domain?

Greetings,

I have new users who joined my company today. I bhave created their AD accounts and created email accounts too. The problem is that 2 hours after creating the accounts still the exchange accounts is not showing. How can I force the sync to happen?

How can I sync Exchange new user account with my AD 2003?

After setting up the accounts in exchange the accounts don't populate when tryng to setup outlook.
