How can I suppress the Print Progress dialog?

I am working on a VB5 application. To convert reports to PDF format, the application prints the reports to Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer (or Distiller). This causes the Print Progress Dialog to be displayed for each report. This is annoying to especially when there are many reports.
Does anybody know how I can suppress the PrintProgress dialog? There should be a windows function for this. Thanks for your help.
