How can I stop the header from printing on all pages of a letter

I have a report which is actually a letter. In the header area, I have placed the salutation date etc. If the report is more than one page, the header prints on all pages. Is there a way to only have a header appear on page one...or code to turn it off after page 1.

There is Report header and Page header. You need to place it on Report header which appear only on the first page. Page header on all pages.
