How can I stop spoof email addresses

I keep getting emails coming back to my office that have been returned either as spam or because of a virus. The problem is that these are coming from random email addresses that are using my domain (example: lvxrsdxuocegik@mydomain.com). In this case the subject of the email is "Subject: RE: what are you going to do tonight" which sounds like a typical virus subject.

How can I stop these? I don't have my own mail server, for incoming mails I use some Pop mailboxes that came as part of the domain, and for outgoing mails I use my ISP's outgoing server (which requires me to logon using their username/password). So where are these random emails coming from? and what can I do to get rid of them?

Thanks.

nothing short of changing your email address.

once your email address has been hijacked they can send all kinds of nasty stuff and if people try to reply it comes to you instead of them.

I suspected that there was not much I could do. Just hoping that no one puts my domain on a blacklist then, changing the email address is not an option (its a small business).

Thanks.

next time you get a bounce, email the isp that bounced it and explain to them the emails are not coming from you

or

check to make sure someone in your office is not the culprit

AND

check all of your machine for trojan & hijacker software.
