How can i start a batchfile in dependence....

Look up the 'savepnpc' command in the Admin Guide. It lets you perform a pre-backup command as well as a post-backup command. The post command will always run, so you'll have to find a way to determine the success of the backup in your script (e.g. mminfo).The options though are too many to go into detail here...
