Message: An error has occurred in MetConv.txt file! Please view the MetConv.log file for more information.

P.S. Its only with the form: Products. and all other forms just works perfectly.....

More information here is definitely needed. What are you doing with this measurement converter and what does MetConv.txt have to do with that? Apparently the form, when you are opening it, is either referencing it somehow or you have a reference set to a program called Measurement Converter and it has an issue.

There are other possibilities too, but too hard to tell without more information.

Contact whoever developed the application for you. That error was put there for a reason.

Or, send the DB to a consultant, and they can step through the code and see what's going wrong.

im am the developer for this application, and i dont know what this is,... i didnt put this in the code. Thats the question.

so im going to check the whole code and see if i can find something, ill let you all know....

Hey all,

Well there is nothing wrong with the code of the database, either there is nothing wrong with Access 2007.........
The problem is a small tool named:

Microsoft Measurement Converter Smart Tag

When i searched google, i found on the microsoft website that Word 2002 uses this, but i couldnt find anything for access 2007 or Office 2007, well, i tried anyway and installed this for word 2002,

and o im so happy....... the error message is gone!!!

Whoo hoo....

for the people who also have this problem, here the downloadlink from Microsoft.

Thanks,
