how can I share calendars easily?

What I want to do is have everyone's calendars to be shared. I do not want to do this via outlook, but would rather do it from exchange. I would also like to be able to do it without having to had each and every name to the list... Is there a quick way to do this?

Now why would you want to do something destructive like that? If this is just to see what public free/busy data is, Outlook can already tell you this by creating a meeting request and adding users. Then just click on scheduling and the calendar will show you what's available. It will NOT however show you what is on their schedule, just whether they are free or busy. In someways, it's better that way as somepeople may have an appointment that they just don't want someone else to know about (gynecology, job interview, cancer lab... you get the picture...)

Access to everyone's calendars is just an accident waiting to happen as people might accidentally delete stuff or otherwise.

As for your question, I've narrowly avoided answering it, but only because the only way I know of doing it is manually, one-by-one. A real P.I.T.A.
