I am trying to set up a ring group or something that will allow someone calling in to hit "0" and I want to have it ring on all the phones in that one office. Any ideas? Thanks

Well 4.0 is old Startalk Vmail, think you have wrong KSU version somehow so since it appears to be an old system you should put answer DN keys on all the sets you want to answer for receptions ext (221?) or have a ringer installed in cieling and have the ringer go off when reception rings and put all associated sets in the same pickup group in Capabilties and use the pickup Feature code.

If more help needed ask away!

Cheers
CC

If it is a MICS 4.0 you can set up a hunt group with all sets in the office as members(ring only) of the hunt group, then use the hunt group dn as the attendent for vm and AA.
