how can I set up a live camera in a website?

Hi,
I'd like to set a live camera in my website to see what it going on in my room. I already have the camera installed in the computer and working.
Can anybody tell me hoe to do it?

The server you are on must be able to handle live video feed. What does your webhost provide you with?
