How can I send a Instant Message from php to a client?

Hello!!
How can I send a Instant Message from php to a NT machine?
I'm interesting in emulate "net send" (windows NT).

Thanks for your help!!!

you can always exec("net send");

but in the browser you can do in JS alert("message");
