How can I schedule a report using command line interface?

Hi Members,
Please note that I am looking for a command line interface to schedule a Crystal Report with Crystal Enterprise. This is to enable an organization to centraly manage all scheduling, including Crystal, SAP, BACKUP, from a cetral scheduling point.
