How can I schedule a defrag over night ?

Hi, I need to schedule a defrag over night on a partition on one of our Win2k servers, I think the McAfee virus scanner service will need to be stopped too, as this interferes with the HD, does anyone know how this can be achieved?

Go to the control panel and open 'Scheduled Tasks'.
Follow the wizzard adding the defrag as you go along.

I always switch off screensavers and anything else that could interupt.
