How can I save updated data with the Report Viewer?

Hi,

I´m running the Crystal Report Viewer in a Visual Basic programm. My Reports are saved in the .rpt format. If the user has updated a report and closes the Report Viewer, the updated data is gone. When you open the Report Viewer again the saved data from the last .rpt file run is shown. How can I save the data when the user is running a report through the report viewer?

You can Export to a rpt file - but it has to be to a new rpt because the current one is still open in the viewer Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear
