How can I save a single page from a pdf file

Is this possible?
I want to send a single page from a multipage pdf document. It does not have to be in pdf format.

Open the pdf in Acrobat and go to Document menu/Pages/Extract.

Make sure that Delete is NOT checked so you don't lose the page. Save the extracted page and send.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4

Since it's only a single page, you could also print the page to pdf.
